Can I inspect the actual product model?
Yes. Every sample product has its own 3D mesh. Open a product to rotate it, zoom in, view its underside or turn on wireframe. The supplied sample designs have not been test-printed.
Which model files can I upload?
This version supports binary and text STL (stereolithography) files up to 1,000 MB and 1,000,000 triangles. Confirm the file units and displayed dimensions. Other formats need to be exported as STL first.
Is the instant price final?
No. Quick estimates use model geometry. Sliced estimates use actual generated toolpaths, but remain estimates rather than guaranteed final prices. The connected slicer calculates material and print time for the selected orientation, including supports and adhesion. The supplied profile and prices still need calibration against real prints; delivery, taxes and unpriced finishing work are excluded.
What happens if my model is too big?
Try another print orientation or use Resize to fit. For a larger design, send an enquiry about making separate pieces. Models that need double-checking can take longer, so shipping may be delayed. We will need to confirm the price and approach before printing.
Can I order different colours together?
Yes. Add several models, choose a colour and quantity for each, or duplicate a model for another colour. Every line is priced as a separate print run. Different colours within one indivisible part require a custom enquiry.
Can I pay and place a real order here?
Normal products go straight to checkout. Orders containing custom models are submitted for review; confirmation within 2 business days includes the final price and payment portal. This downloadable preview cannot charge you. Live payment requires a connected merchant service and a confirmed order total.
Are uploaded designs private?
Previewing and calculating happen inside your browser. Saving an estimate does not upload a model. Continuing to payment uploads your models to the connected shop after your consent. Where the slicer is connected, print preparation runs automatically during checkout. Unsubmitted slicing files expire after 24 hours. Submitted models and contact details remain in private order records until the owner deletes them; issued invoices are retained. Only upload designs you have permission to use.
